One Day

I still remember exactly 2 years ago,
I was at church sitting down at the corner
listening to a brother talking about love
during the YP event I was invited to, Agape Day.

⁴ Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy,
it does not boast, it is not proud. ⁵ It does not dishonor others,
it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
⁶ Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. ⁷ It always protects,
always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. ⁸ Love never fails.
-1 Corinthians 13: 4-8

"It does not envy, this means if you love somebody,
no matter how it turns out to be, you wish the best for him or her"

I still remember clearly what I heard that night.
And now I find myself in that position.
I have to say, it's not easy. It never was.

But God in His wonderful ways, spoke to me and comforted me.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD,
thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

I saw this verse this morning before leaving for class.
Borrowed a few of my morning online-ing minutes and talked to Him.
I felt so much better :)

Well, was a lil' late for class but that's another story.
Heheheh :P

And now I wait, for everything is beautiful in His time :)
